PGA professional Lessons at St Cathryns Golf and Country Estate.
Objective:
Two passionate golfers who have studied 3 years through The PGA of South Africa to better
understand the mental and physical dynamics of the golf swing. Our objective is to help everyone
enjoy golf, whether just to enjoy weekend golf, play on tour, or even to use golf as a tool to network
both socially and commercially. Golf has proven time and time again that as a networking tool one
can meet some amazing people and do great business on the golf course.

Adults Rates: 16 years and older
R350.00 Half Hour Lessons
Includes:
• The basic analysis of the players golf swing
• Preferred ball flight
• Overview of previous lesson (if any)
• Tips and exercises to work on going forward
R500.00 Hour Lessons
• In Depth analysis of players golf swing
• Preferred ball flight
• Overview of previous lesson (if any)
• Full video analysis of players swing
• Swing comparison
• Tips and exercises to work on going forward
Lessons are available for all level of golfers, Beginners, weekend golfers, tour players etc.

Junior Rates: 15 years and younger
R250.00 Half Hour Lessons
Includes:
• The basic analysis of the players golf swing
• Preferred ball flight
• Overview of previous lesson (if any)
• Tips and exercises to work on going forward
Currently we do not offer full hour lessons for juniors, however an arrangement can be made as a
special request.

Full swing video analysis (included in 1 hr lessons)
We offer full swing assessment and analysis. After analysis we help set goals according to
the players own expectations. With this we can do full scheduling of practice and drills to help get
the player to the desired handicap/playing ability.
